A/V Studio

Equipment:

  • 2 workstations - PowerMac Intel including video editing systems
  • 1 3D workstation - PowerMac Intel including 3D Studio Max
  • 4 compositing workstations: PowerMac Intel, software amongst others: Shake, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Cinema 4D, DVD Studio Pro, Combustion
  • Cameras and recorder in Betacam and DV format, HDTV

Focus of education and research:

  • Recording of audio and video sequences, digital audio/video editing, video post-editing (special effects), audio dubbing
  • Exercises for animation, production of animated cartoons and compositing sequences
  • Exercises in developing interactive audio/video productions of high quality (in cooperation with the Academy of Film and Television "Konrad Wolf" in Potsdam-Babelsberg)
