will be held 21st -23rd  of May 2012 (arrival 20th, departure evening of 23rd or morning of 24th of May)

at the Physikzentrum in Bad Honnef near Bonn and Cologne / Germany.

The meeting covers original research on all aspects of infrared science.

Topics are in particular:          -    Infrared detectors and infrared sources

-        Applications in analytical spectroscopy        

-        Applications in astronomy and astrophysics

-        Applications of infrared thermal imaging

-        Special developments, processes and applications

The conference language is English.

In addition to a number of invited presentations, submissions of contributed papers, also from PhD students, are welcome. Selected contributions may be presented as short oral presentation and/or during a poster session.

Total number of participants is limited to about 70, therefore strict deadlines apply. It may be that some applications
– if there will be too many - need to be turned down, therefore please apply early.

 

The deadline for submission of contributions is January 31th 2012.

 

Authors of submitted abstracts will be notified latest by end of February 2012 about acceptance of the contribution.
